Okay, “fun” isn’t actually in “Fitness,” but we totally make learning about health and making ourselves better a super crazy blast of a time!

Little Fitkids is a great program for children—whether they are aspiring gymnasts, football players, or playground crazies.

What we do

We promote dynamic reflexes and flexibility while developing greater body strength, balance, and athletic ability.

The first aim of this program focuses on Core Motor Skills and Coordination. Our approach is thoroughly researched to be age-appropriate and designed to develop the physical skills that your children will need as they mature physically.

The classes take a progressive approach building a foundation that will be a boon to them as they play, and, most importantly, grow.
